Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and [Legal entity name] about using Holaris. By creating an account you accept them, along with our Privacy Policy and community guidelines.
Who can use Holaris
You must be at least 16 and give your real date of birth. Members under 18 use a separate space and can only meet other members under 18. One person, one account. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you're responsible for what happens on your account.
How you must behave
Follow the community guidelines. In short: no harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, spam, scams, impersonation, or sharing other people's personal information, and never anything that exploits or endangers a child. Don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, access other people's accounts or data, or collect information about members.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display and deliver it so the service works (for example, showing your echo to other members or delivering your messages), and to review it for safety. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies kept in safety records or backups as described in the Privacy Policy. Only post what you have the right to share.
Moderation and appeals
We may hide or remove content, warn, suspend or ban accounts that break these terms or the guidelines, and we may act immediately when someone could be harmed. You can appeal a decision about your account once, within 30 days, from Settings → Safety; someone other than the original moderator reviews it. You can report content or people from any profile, message or post. The Content moderation policy explains the process in full.
Price
Holaris is free. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases or ads. If that ever changes, we'll show the price and terms clearly before you pay anything, and update these terms first.
Copyright and other complaints
If you believe content on Holaris infringes your copyright or other rights, follow our Copyright & IP policy. We remove infringing content and close the accounts of repeat infringers.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time (how). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we'll tell you why unless the law or someone's safety prevents it.
The service
Holaris is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and safe but can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, and we can't control what other members say or do. Changes and law
