Holaris works because people show up with good intentions. These rules apply to echoes, sparks, profiles and private conversations.
Be kind, be curious
Treat strangers like future friends. Disagree with ideas, never attack people.
No harassment, hate or threats
Bullying, slurs, threats, and content that targets people for who they are will get you removed.
Keep it friendship-first
Holaris is not a dating or hookup app. No sexual content, no requests for photos, no pressure.
Protect your privacy — and others'
Don't share phone numbers, addresses, or social handles with people you've just met. Never share someone else's personal info.
Age-aware by design
You must be at least 16. Members under 18 can only discover and talk to other members under 18. Lying about your age is a ban-level violation.
No spam, scams or selling
No advertising, crypto pitches, fake giveaways, or links to sketchy sites.
If someone is at risk
If you see something suggesting someone may hurt themselves or others, report it — those reports are prioritized. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
How enforcement works
- Anyone can report a profile, message, echo, reply or spark answer. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team.
- Content reported by several people is hidden automatically while it's reviewed.
- Violations add a strike. Repeated strikes lead to a temporary suspension; serious violations lead to a ban.
- Basic automatic checks block obvious spam and, for members under 18, attempts to share contact details.
